Badminton Shots Near The Net

These are the different badminton shots you can play near the net:

1) Net Drop - the shuttlecock is hit with little or no effort at all so that the shuttlecock lands right after it passes the net. Ideally, the shuttlecock lands before the opponent`s service line and flies just at net height. This is used so that the opponent rushes towards the net. Use this when you want to tire the opponent.
(The opponent can do a net kill if your shot is too high.)
